3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
Prices may change without prior notice
Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment options are available
Orders may be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled after dispatch
SVAAJ reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan
Delivery time usually ranges between 2–5 working days
Delays due to courier service, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not under our direct control

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy applies to all orders:

Returns are accepted only in case of shipping damage or incorrect items
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund or replacement
Used or opened products are not eligible for return
